Cat psychology
07.06.04 (12:43 pm)   [edit]
Talk about synchronicity! A. came home from work with an excellent book. It's called Think Cat - An owner's guide to feline psychology by David Taylor. Off to peruse it and see if there's anything that can make sense of my baby girl's behaviour. Will keep you posted, tbloggers!

Would you ask him if there's one for rats? :os

Unless it says "Cats must be fed tuna, brushed constantly and given plenty of toys to play with", we know it was really written by dogs. ;)

Well, i'm 38 pages in and so far no mention of brushing or toys but there has been at least 4 mentions of treats! Not specifically tuna but treats count, right?

What I want to know - does it explain the amazing power cats have over humans? Does it explain the human psychology of total submission to the species of cats? Do they use mental powers, or hypnotize us with their eyes? I want to know!

About a third of the way through now - very interesting reading! When i've finished it, i'll post a mini review. Might take a while though because i've got sidetracked by the new Stephen Booth and the new Kathy Reichs, both of which are screaming " Read me! "
